Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
To cancel your order, please contact us via email or phone with your order details.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos/videos as proof.
Non-Delivery: If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe and tracking shows no progress, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Process:

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Categories Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

Puja products, Rudraksha, Gemstones, and Vastu items once used or energized.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
