Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect item compared to your order.
You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Non-Returnable Categories

For spiritual and energy reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once sold:

Rudraksha beads, Gemstones, Pyramids, Raw Stones, Energized Vastu items, and Puja products.
Any product that has been used, altered, or damaged due to mishandling.
Items returned without original packaging and proof of purchase.

If approved, you will need to ship the product back securely in its original packaging.
